Since 2006, LOKABOX has become the market leader of Self-storage in Wallonia. LOKABOX offers self-storage units for individuals in need of space and also corporate solutions.
LOKABOX continues to grow and has new centers opening in Brussels. We are looking for a new colleague with a 360° vision on marketing and is motivated to actively participate to LOKABOX’s evolution and growth.
We’re looking for an SEO Specialist to help boost our brand presence and attract new customers through exciting and innovative marketing.
You’ll be working in Zaventem after an induction time and training in our headquarters in Charleroi.
The job
You will be responsible of our SEO strategy
Monthly technical SEO analysis (servers’ errors, duplicate content, broken links, redir, page rank, etc.). Identifying inconsistencies and improving page speed and all technical aspects related to SEO, optimizing Meta, titles and descriptions. You will implement and manage relevant link building campaigns.
You will work on content marketing optimizations for our webpages, blog, social medias to drive awareness and site-traffic. Your optimization will secure our position in organic search results and eventually help our prospects to make a purchase.
You will participate to our Marketing Automation Process,
Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback. Monitor competitive practices, keep up with industry trends and introduce new ideas for improving performance
You will work closely with our Marketing Director and our CEO.
About you
You have 2 to 4 years’ experience in SEO.
Experience in SEA is a plus
You’re a masters in: Google analytics, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Analysing SEO Tools (MOZ, SEMrush…)
You speak Dutch (fluent NL is important since we are expanding to Brussels) with a strong spoken and written understanding of French (as your colleagues will mostly be French speaking) and English (because our communication is also in English)
Detail-oriented and data-driven, analytical mindset
You easily use research and data to drive actionable insights to impact marketing strategy.
You know how to create and send large-scale email campaigns as well as data-base management.
Great communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a small team
You’re familiar with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, WordPress, SendInBlue
